Manufactured in the USA using MaxiBraid Plus double-braid HMPE construction, each sling features a 100% HMPE load-bearing core that delivers exceptional strength retention and extremely low elongation under high-tension applications. The core is protected by a durable polyester cover designed to withstand repeated abrasion from rough bark, rigging hardware, and demanding jobsite conditions.

To maximize service life, each sling incorporates strategically positioned chafe sleeves in high-wear areas, helping protect against abrasion during repeated picks, controlled lowering, and sectioning operations.

* Average break strength is based on spliced rope or capstans samples. Knots and abrupt bends significantly reduce the strength of all ropes and lower the design factor. The end user is responsible for choosing the correct design factor for their application. Angle Effect: Sling Capacities The capacity of a multiple-leg sling is directly affected by the angle of the sling leg with the vertical. As this angle increases, the stress on each leg increases. The capacity can be readily determined by multiplying the sling’s vertical capacity by the appropriate load-angle factor.
