Kernmaster XTC-48 is a premium static kernmantle rope constructed with a traditional 48-carrier braided polyester mantle surrounding a high-strength braided nylon kern. The nylon core is fully steam stabilized to improve flexibility, maintain consistent handling characteristics, and prevent hardening throughout the rope’s service life. This balanced construction delivers the low elongation, durability, and reliable performance required for rope access, industrial maintenance, utility work, technical rescue, and other demanding vertical applications.
Designed to perform under repeated use, the flexible braid bends easily over sheaves, pulleys, and edge protection with reduced core fatigue during cyclic loading.
